Jim Flanagan has worked hard, put family first, and made a
comfortable life from humble beginnings. He runs his business with old-fashioned values, and real passion.
You can trace those qualities back to Jim's youth. Coming from a large Chicago-area family with a strong work ethic, he embraced responsibility and the chance to make
a difference. At 17, he even started a business that was profiled in Inc. Magazine. At 22, he started working full-time for a major insurance agency. He worked his way
through college, enduring tough jobs so he could provide for his family while creating the foundation of a lifelong career.
As he was trying to create a career and provide for his family,
an unexpected family tragedy jolted Jim's life. It was a life-changing experience that caused Jim to reevaluate what was important. After some deep thinking, he
realized what was most rewarding about his work:  the relationships he had created with his older clients and their families. He cared for with a depth and conviction
unmatched by other financial services professionals. This epiphany led him to focus his practice on estate planning.
Jim's commitment is evident in the service he extends to
clients and fellow professionals. Jim puts his heart and soul into estate planning, and through his highly personalized service, he conveys that deep commitment to you and
your family.
